A Chamberlain's Worcester armorial part dessert service 1st half 19th century, decorated with a horse crest and the motto 'Be Trew', the rims with gadrooned and shell moulding reserving a rich mazarin blue border, script factory marks. Comprising: two shaped dishes and six plates. (8)

The crest is that of Lt Col. Walter Hamilton Tyndall Bruce (1788-1874) of Myres Castle.
