A pair of Chelsea sweetmeat figures, c.1758-65, modelled as a gardener and his companion, each standing beside a rectangular basket resting on a low stump, holding up the lids with one hand, the low bases applied with flowers and leaves, gold anchor marks, some restoration, 17cm. (2)
