A Samson figure of a vegetable seller late 19th century, after Kändler's models at Meissen for the Cris de Paris series, standing barefoot with a basket of gourds and other vegetables to his right side, wearing a green coat over yellow breeches, the pad base applied with flowers and leaves, pseudo blue crossed swords mark, 18cm.
