A large creamware jug of naval interest late 18th century
A large creamware jug of naval interest late 18th century, one side printed and hand-coloured with a dandified sailor approaching a young lady in a village landscape, titled 'Jack on a Cruise', the print after Robert Sayer's original of 1782, the reverse with a three-masted ship flying a multitude of flags, damage to the spout, 21.5cm high.
