A large stoneware armorial Bellarmine jug or Bartmannskrug 17th century, decorated with three relief-moulded panels of an armorial shield flanked by cockerels and mythical animals beneath a spreading tree, the neck with a bearded mask, the panels splashed with cobalt blue, 40cm.
