Two English enamel patch boxes late 18th century, of oval form, one painted with an elderly beggar holding out his hat, inscribed 'Pity the sorrows of a poor old Man', on a blue base, the other painted with a church within the inscription 'Let Hymen prove how true I Love', on a moulded green base, 5.6cm max.
