A Sèvres-style jewelled casket or box

A Sèvres-style jewelled casket or box, 19th century, the rectangular form with detailed decoration of formal foliate motifs within concentric borders picked out in red, white, turquoise and green jewelling on a dark blue ground, with gilt-coloured metal mounts, the interior with a padded fabric lining, gilt interlaced LL mark and 'LG' mark after Le Guay, some staining and tears to the fabric lining, 17.5cm across.
