A Chelsea dessert dish, c.1760, painted with panels of birds in flight within gilt trellis borders on a claret ground, gold anchor mark, and a Chinese porcelain saucer dish, painted in the London atelier of James Giles with a butterfly and caterpillar beside flower sprays, a filled rim chip, 26.7cm max.
