A large Berlin faïence vase and cover 18th/19th century, of gu beaker form, lacquered in red with over-painted decoration of flowers and leaves around panels containing Chinese figures, the tall domed cover surmounted with a cockerel, blue artemesia leaf mark to the base, repaired sections to the rim, 66cm. (2)
