A Meissen figure of a nymph mid 18th century, emblematic of Water, recumbent and draped in a floral robe beside an overflowing urn, reed and bulrushes behind, blue crossed swords mark, incised 34, some chipping to the reeds, 7cm high.
Provenance: from the collection of Sister Wendy Beckett. This figure was gifted to Sister Wendy when filming at the Vatican.
