A rare Vauxhall figure of Spring
A rare Vauxhall figure of Spring, modelled as a boy sitting on a basket of flowers and holding two balloons, he wears a pink jacket and is raised on a gilded scroll base. A few tiny chips to the flowers. c.1760-65, 13cm.
