A Longton Hall teabowl and saucer
A Longton Hall teabowl and saucer, painted in polychrome with a red and a yellow goose beside rockwork beneath a flowering branch, unmarked. The saucer with a 2cm rim crack. c.1755-60. (2) Cf. The Watney Collection Part III, lot 869 for a coffee cup and saucer in this pattern.
