A good Chamberlain's Worcester campana vase

£2,000 - £3,000

A good Chamberlain's Worcester campana vase, painted with luxuriant garden flowers, on a blue and gilded ground, the base with yellow and brown marbling, the base signed 'P. Bradley pinxt 1829', 23.5cm. An interesting group of Bradley decorated porcelains was sold by Sotheby's at Bettiscombe Manor, Dorset, in 1984. Research on these items was published by the Auctioneers and it was suggested that the pieces which remained in the family were painted by Priscilla Bradley.
