LANDSCAPE
A panel of Chinese painting, ink and colour on silk, one collector's seal which reads Qian Ning wang zi zi sun yong bao zhi (Mu Ying's collection seal), together with two other landscape paintings, 25.5cm x 24cm. (3)
Provenance: an English private collection acquired in London in the 1970s.
Mu Ying (1344-1392) was a general and an adopted son of the Hongwu Emperor. He was also known as a passionate collector of Chinese master paintings.
