After Jacques Saly (French 1717-1776). A large patinated plaster portrait bust of Frederick V of Denmark, signed in the cast 'I. SALY F. 1754', on an integral turned socle, 100.5cm high, 68cm wide.
There are terracotta versions of this bust in the National Museum of Denmark and the David Collection in Copenhagen.
