A George III ebonised repeating bracket clock by John Day of London, the eight day brass movement with four turned pillars, with a verge escapement and striking on a bell, the backplate engraved with scrolling leaves, a ho-ho bird and numbered 'No. 520', the arched dial with a silvered chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals, with a matted centre with a date aperture and signed 'John Day London', with circular strike/silent dial and Rococo spandrels, the gilt brass mounted case with a bell top and handle and with cone finials and pierced fretwork sides, 47.5cm high.
