A Regency Scottish mahogany table jardiniere stand by James Mein of Kelso, the dished top with a gadrooned edge on three leather and brass roller castors, with a maker's paper trade label, inscribed 'JAS MEIN CABINET MAKER & UPHOLSTERER, KELSO', 23cm diameter.
The Mein family of Kelso are recorded as cabinet makers from 1784-1851.
