A Victorian coromandel and gilt brass mounted decanter case by George Betjemann & Sons, applied with strapwork, the hinged lid revealing a plush lined fitted interior with three cut glass decanters and stoppers, with six liqueur glasses, five gilt brass serving dishes with rope-twist borders and a gilt brass plate engraved with a crest and the inscription 'Presented to E. E. Elsey Esqr. BY HIS EMPLOYES AS A TOKEN OF ESTEEM. JANY 4th 1879', the front with a pair of hinged doors with satinwood and ebony holders with sixteen apertures, with a retailer's brass plaque inscribed 'EVERINGTON Pelham St. Nottingham' together with a Victorian registration lozenge for 13th February 1875, inscribed 'GB & SONS No. 9', 31.4cm high, 38.2cm wide, 26.4cm deep.
