A 19th century rectangular mahogany tea caddy, with kingwood crossbanding and stringing, the interior with a pair of hinged canisters and later glass bowl, 6.5in (16.5cm) h, 12.5in (31.7cm) w, 6.5in (16.5cm) d. The cover handle missing and replaced with a rosewood patch.
