A rare George II mahogany harlequin bachelor's chest

A rare George II mahogany harlequin bachelor's chest, the hinged fold-over top with a baize lined surface and a rising secretaire compartment, fitted with pigeon holes and five drawers, one with divisions for pen and ink, on a sprung mechanism operated by brass pull knobs, the front with three false fronts drawers, the top right hinged to support the top, with two long drawers, on moulded ogee bracket feet with sunken brass castors, 73.7cm high, 71cm wide, 35.5cm deep.
