A 17th century walnut and iron mounted box, with strap mounts, the hinged lid with a swing handle, revealing an embossed paper lined interior, with divisions and four drawers, the front also hinged, possibly a jewellery box or a travelling priest's or apothecary's box, 17.5cm high, 18.2cm wide, 17cm deep.
