An interesting corkscrew

An interesting corkscrew, with silver mounted tiger claws handle, engraved 'E.PAIN. LONDON HOSPITAL' and 'BRIGG, LONDON, ' London hallmark 1914. Brigg were retailers of umbrella's, parasols, walking sticks and other canes, it is therefore likely that this lot has been converted from a cane.
