A late 17th century brass miniature lantern timepiece, the posted movement with a verge escapement, the circular dial with Roman numerals and with a central alarm disc striking on a bell, the recessed centre engraved with scrolling foliage, the case decorated with pierced leaves and entwined fret panels, 20.3cm high.
