A bronze ship's bell, the body cast with the name 'TAKORADIAN', 29.8cm high, 28.8cm diameter.
This bell is probably from the Empire cargo ship Swale, built by Deutsche Schiff und Maschinenbau. Completed in 1937 as Takoradian. The ship was scrapped in 1963.
