An early 20th century German chemistry set, in a mahogany box, with a lift-out tray fitted with various utensils, the base with divisions and a lidded compartment containing wooden jars marked 'Salpeter', 'Borax' and 'Phosphorsat', 29.5cm wide, 19cm deep.
