A World War II two-day marine chronometer by Hamilton Watch Co., the silvered dial with subsidiary up / down and large seconds, signed 'HAMILTON LANCASTER, PA., U.S.A., N4612, 1941', both plates damascened nickel, the dial plate numbered 'N1875', the backplate signed 'Hamilton Watch Co, Lancaster, Penn, Model 21', fourteen jewels, spring detent escapement, Hamilton typical balance and helical spring, free-sprung, in a brass bound three tier mahogany box with drop handles, with winding key and allen key for balance locking, bezel: 12.5cm diameter.
