A 19th century French black leather gentleman's toilet case, the lid with initials 'V.M.' to a divided interior fitted with ivory handled utensils and brushes, with an inkwell, scent bottle and a ceramic jar, marked 'TOURON MEDAILLE D'OR EXPON 1867, PARIS, 24, R. de la Paix' and the brass stamped 'PARIS M. G.', with a brass handle, 7.8cm high, 18.8cm wide, 10.5cm deep.
