A 19th century Austrian painted lacquer and gilt metal cup and cover, with a cherub finial, the body decorated with Hebe and the eagle, Diana the huntress, a maiden standing on rocks and a lady looking out to see towards a distant ship, on a figural champleve enamel stem and base, Vienna, 21.5cm high, 7.7cm diameter.
