A George III ebonised bracket clock by Stephen Rimbault of London, the eight day brass repeating movement with a verge escapement striking on a bell, with a bob pendulum, the backplate engraved with a basket of flowers and scrolling leaves, the arched brass dial with a silvered chapter ring, with Roman and Arabic numerals, the matted centre with a date aperture and a false pendulum, with a signature plaque, inscribed 'Stepn Rimbault LONDON', with blued steel hands, the arch with a strike / silent dial, with gilt Rococo spandrels, the brass mounted case with a bell shape top with turned urn finials and with arched glazed panel sides, 47.9cm high.
