Chancery Lane, London Published 1818 with additions to 1823', with two brass engraved hour dials and a meridian ring, with an engraved horizon, the mahogany stand inlaid with ebonised stringing, with a spiral reeded stem on swept tripod legs and scroll feet united by turned stretchers, centred with a glazed compass with a steel needle, on brass castors, 102cm high.
