A late 19th century French ormolu and porcelain mantel clock, the eight day brass drum movement with an outside countwheel and striking on a bell, the backplate stamped 'ROLLIN A PARIS 556' with a pastille inscribed 'MEDAILLE D'OR JAPY FRERES', the enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, signed 'ROLLIN A PARIS', the Louis XVI style case decorated with flaming torches, leaves and scrolls, the porcelain panels painted with a bird and flowers, 26.5cm high.
