λ A late 19th century French rosewood and brass mounted gaming counter box, inlaid with ivory and pewter and decorated with Rococo scrolls, the cartouche shape handle with bird's head finials, above four lift-out lidded boxes containing green, red, purple and yellow stained bone or ivory counters, 10.8cm high, 21cm wide, 16.2cm deep.
