A William IV burr walnut and brass inlaid travelling toilet box, the top with a shaped plaque inscribed ' Mrs Gordon Manar', the fitted interior comprising: various jars and bottles with silver plated lids, utensils etc, with sunken side carrying handles, the lock stamped 'W R crowned, Patent crowned' above a plush lined drawer, 6.5in (16.2cm) h, 13in (33cm) w, 9.25in (23.7cm) d. Restoration. Elizabeth Cruger Gordon of Manor born 22nd June 1816, died 2nd January 1911. Married 13th September 1836.
