worked with coloured silks on a linen ground with the twin tablets of the law as received by Moses, the ten commandments, from Exodus Chapter XX, flanked by figures of Moses and Aaron standing on plinths below drapes, with an angel mask, signed with initials 'E. R.', in later glazed giltwood frame
