A Victorian figured walnut and marquetry inlaid davenport, the brass gallery to a hinged slope with leather inset to two drawers, the right side with a pull-out ink and pen drawer locked from the inside above five drawers with a locking pilaster, false to the left hand side, on scroll supports to lobed feet and brass castors, 33.75in (85.7cm) h, 19.25in (49cm) w, 25.25in (64cm) d, together with a turned rule stamped 'Hilda Fox'.
