A late Victorian oak small pedestal desk, the top inset a later gilt tooled leather, above three frieze drawers the central one with stencil stamp 'From S & H Jewells, Furniture Warehouses 29, 30 & 31 Little Queen Street Holborn', above three drawers to each pedestal all fitted brass handles, the back pedestals with rectangular panels, the plinths on iron castors, 30in (76cm) h, 42in (107cm) w, 26.75in (67.5cm) d.
