A late 19th century French ormolu mantel timepiece by Barbedienne, the movement with a platform lever escapement and with a circular dial with Arabic numerals and pierced gilt hands, inscribed 'Barbedienne Paris', the case decorated with flowers and birds, stamped 'F. BARBEDIENNE PARIS', 24.1cm high, 13cm wide, 9.5cm deep.
