A set of six continental carved walnut side chairs, the scroll toprail above a pierced back decorated with a vacant cartouche, foliate scrolls and strapwork with a needlework stuffed-over seat on foliate carved cabriole legs united with an unusual downswept stretcher, possibly Portuguese / Dutch 18th century.
