After Juste-Aurele Meissonnier (French 1695-1750). A large pair of Louis XV style ormolu candlesticks, each with a detachable sconce above a stem decorated with three putti and cartouches with eagles, sun and font motifs, on a fluted leaf and shell Rococo base, drilled for electricity, mid 19th or earlier, 33.5cm high.
