A 17th century oak credence table

A 17th century oak credence table, with a demi-lune top, with a single fielded panel door flanked by further panels, on turned column supports united by peripheral stretchers, the back with an ivorine inventory label numbered '1752', together with a copy of the original sale catalogue, 77.3cm high, 106.3cm wide, 52cm deep.

Removed from the Palace of Holyroodhouse, Christie's, 24th February 1982, lot 49.
