A pair of French Empire style ormolu and bronze figural candlesticks, modelled with Apollo and Diana, each supporting a nozzle cast with garlands and a sun and moon mask, the plinths with victory emblems above circular bases decorated with bands of palmettes and leaves, 2nd half 19th century, 12in (30.4cm) h, 4.5in (11.5cm) dia. (2) Diana lacking her bow.
