A late 19th century Spanish hardwood folding chair in Nasrid style

A late 19th century Spanish hardwood folding chair in Nasrid style, parquetry and ivory inlaid, the polychrome leather back with a Nasrid inscription, to a conforming seat stamped with split palmettes and arabesques. Splits to leather, restorations and replacements. These chairs were popular in 19th century Spain during a period of Moorish revival. They are based on 14th/15th century originals.
