An early 18th century fruitwood chest, having a boarded moulded edge top above three long graduated drawers fitted later brass swan neck handles and two types of escutcheons, having panelled sides with simulated decoration and inset thumbnail bordered lozenges centred quartered panels, on a moulded base with bracket feet, 33.5in (85cm) h, 33.75in (85.6cm) w, 20.25in (51.5cm) d. Old worm holes to fruitwood, old restoration.
