An oak coffer

An oak coffer, the twin plank moulded edge hinged top above a triple panelled front carved with foliate designs, divided by bands of parquetry inlay, with later engraved brass escutcheons, 2nd half of 17th century and later, possibly Yorkshire, 28.5in (72.4cm) h, 49in (124.6cm) w, 20.5in 952cm) d. Later hinges.
