A late 19th century continental gilt brass oblong casket

A late 19th century continental gilt brass oblong casket, with pierced and engraved panels to green tortoiseshell backgrounds, the hinged cover depicting an Inn scene, signed 'E.R', the sides with floral cartouches and cherubs, 3.5in (9cm) h, 6.5in (16.5cm) w, 3.75in (9.5cm) d. The panels have traces of silver plate and the lock is missing.
