A George II mahogany supper table

A George II mahogany supper table, the drop-leaf top supported by pull-out slides with brass ring handles, to a frieze drawer on lappet carved and moulded cabriole legs (one possibly replaced) to scroll feet, previously on castors, 27in (68.6cm) h, 39.95 x 24in (100.3 x 60.8cm). Possibly originally with a stretcher, old repairs and restorations. Provenance: Denys Wrey Ltd, 45 Sloane Street, London, 1974.
