the canted rectangular top with a central burr walnut panel inside a broad marquetry band inlaid in bird's eye maple and ebony with strapwork, masks and other motifs above a frieze drawer to either side, the corners with turned finials, the base with baluster supports and an arched stretcher and scrolling foliate feet
