A William IV mahogany piano forte, by Robert Wales, London, with rosewood crossbanding, brass and ebonised stringing, the hinged top to ebony and ivory keys and a plaque inscribed 'Una Corda Patent self adjusting Piano Fortes manufactured by Robert Wales, No.33 Charles Street, Hampstead Road, London, 33.75in (85.6cm) h, 68in (172.7cm) w, 25.75in (65.4cm) d. Restored by David P. Hunt, Cambridge.
