A mahogany bracket clock, with repeat, with ebonised beading, the twin fusee movement striking on a bell, the arched plates with wriggle engraving to the back signed McLevin Royal Exchange LONDON, to a painted circular dial inscribed DENT, LONDON, to a cast beaded bezel, the case with brass corner mounts, a stepped top with later finial and pierced brass church window panels, 16.5in (42cm) h. Provenance - the Earl of Stair, Lochinch Castle, Stranrear, South West Scotland.
