A mahogany partner's desk, with ebonised edging, the concave fronted rectangular top inset a tooled leather surface with twin flaps supported on lopers, the central frieze drawer flanked by further drawers, the reverse central drawer false, two drawers with ivory plaques inscribed 'BARTHOLOMEW & FLETCHER, CABINET MAKERS AND UPHOLSTERERS, 217/8 TOTTENHAM COURT ROAD, LONDON, W, ESTBD 1843.', on square tapering legs with brass castors, 30in (76cm) h, 51.75in (131.5cm) w, closed, 36in (91.5cm) d. Reverse faded.
